Cats Fall to Memorial

Grant Brunner got the start for Edmond Memorial Varsity Bulldogs. The righty surrendered zero runs on one hit over three innings, striking out five and walking one.

Jackson Califano was on the hill for Piedmont Varsity Wildcats. The lefthander lasted three innings, allowing four hits and five runs while striking out one.  Cole Girard threw four innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Luke Hayes, Jakeb Koop, Andrew Goff, and Dalton Hampton each managed one hit to lead Piedmont Varsity Wildcats.

Loyd went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Edmond Memorial Varsity Bulldogs in hits.  Edmond Memorial Varsity Bulldogs didn’t commit a single error in the field. Jacob Williams had ten chances in the field, the most on the team.
